On the project Population Zero acted as a 3D Lead Artist, my duties included:
- Development of team work pipelines
- Scheduling team tasks
- Development of a stylistic guideline
- Team training
- Search for new employees and acceptance of technical specifications
- Work with outsourcing teams and their management
- Organization of work 3d-animation department-tech.art
- Creation of exemplary models (full cycle)
- Working in Unity 5 with the lvl design department and their training
